With my move across the country for employment, he handle thing for me that I would have been or should do if I was still in the area. When my home security alarm when off, he was able to show up turn the alarm off and determine that it was a false alarm. He was able to advise me on what to do when the the first buyer fell through because of the buyers financial issues.
